Light the Night at GBC

Our church, Grace Bible Church, in Sebring had our Light the Night fall festival on Wednesday night. It was so much fun! JT had to be on a leash bless his heart so he didn't get to go far but Emma on the other hand walked around with her cousin most of the night. So these pictures of the kids together are the only ones I have! I couldn't find Emma but half the night (don't worry... I could keep my eye on her... she just didn't know it)! Enjoy!

My babies!Emma in a pie eating contest! She didn't win because she didn't want to get her face dirty because "princesses don't get their faces dirty!"

This had something to with a Bible story but I am not sure which one it was. But JT thought it was cool because he got to throw something without getting in trouble!

Mr. Potato Head!!!

Okay... who doesn't love Mr. Potato Head?! Emma got hers in Disney last year and JT loves playing with it. Well with two kids and one Mr. Potato Head... you can see where the problem is! So tonight we were out getting the kids some winter clothes (yes, it was cold today!) and I saw out of the corner of my eye a Mr. Potato Head! I, of course, could not resist! JT was so excited to have his very own and they played with them together for almost an hour tonight! Now we have two children and two Mr. Potato Heads... problem solved!!

PUMPKIN DAY

We have a house in our neighborhood that decorates their yard for the holidays and they encourage famlies to come take pictures so we do every year. This is the closest thing we have to a pumpkin patch in our little town! But the kids don't seem to mind and seeing as how they don't know anything different I guess this will be just fine!

Bubby and his new girlfriend!!!

Kodak moment #1

Kodak moment #2

This is an old outhouse and the kids and Aaron thought it was so neat! We put Bubby in the hole and he seemd to think that was funny!

I think this is my favorite picture of JT! He looks so adorable! And he was so proud of himself for climbing up that ladder all by himself!

Our family photo

We found this setup for a picture at a local fruit and vegetable stand!

Posing for the camera! Aren't these kids so cute! Thank God they take after their Momma!

Deep in thought over this pumpkin!

Fall Parties and Pictures

The Fall festivities have begun in the Cooper household! This weekend we went to a Fall Festival at Grace Church and the kids had so much fun! They played games and played on the playground and went into a small bounce house. JT was fascinated with the bounce house because of the mesh sides. He thought is was hilarious that he could press his face on it and not fall through! Emma of course posed for every picture!

Daddy and Son with Tatoos!!

Matching tatooted arms! Jt of course had Mickey Mouse and Aaron has the ones with myself and Emma's name and then a heart with "Mom" in it underneath the first one. Jt was so proud of his mickey! It was a cute bonding moment! But let me just say as a mother I am so relieved that Mickey is removable!

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 3!

High School Musical 3 Mania!!! Oh my goodness... Emma was counting down the days to see this one! So we went on opening day (Friday) at the very first showing of the day (2:00). And of course she loved it. She wanted to dance through the entire movie. And her favorite character was Sharpay (the blonde mean one... I'm not so sure that this is a good thing!). Her friend Tori was there so we all sat together and the girls had a great time! And to be completely honest... the movie was pretty good!

Homemade Pizza!

Okay... the pictures are backwards when it comes to order so just imagine them the other way! We made homemade pizza tonight and it was yummy! It is easy and the kids love it! All it is is english muffins with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. I got the idea from my sister in law.

Yummy... my very own pizza and I made it myself!
The two most adorable children in the world... and they happen to belong to me!

Perfect Picture Moment and Emma's "clean" room

Here are some great pictures from after church this Sunday. I was coming around the corner after picking JT up from Sunday School and the grass looked like the perfect place to take some pictures. Of course Aaron thought I was insane for just ploppong the kids down wherever I feel necessary and just start taking pictures. But hey... I am a scrapbooker... what does he expect?! Anyways, the kids didn't seem to mind and they turned out so cute! The last picture is Emma's version of a clean room. I was so aggravated at her on Monday that I told her that her room was a mess and that is was ridiculous that I couldn't even see the floor and that she needed to get in their and clean it up. So about 10 minutes goes by and she comes out of her room and says, "Mommy, I cleaned it and you can see the floor!" I go in there and she has taken everything off the floor and piled it on top of her bed! So I didn't really know what to do or say seeing as how she somewhat listened and now we could see the floor! So I did what I do best... I took a picture! Enjoy!
My handsome and sweet JT
Who needs Sears when you can take pictures as priceless as this?!
It was "freezing" outside (around 70 deg...) so Emma insisted on wearing her tights!
This is Emma's pretty smile... a little much don't ya think!
Yes, we could now see the floor. Thank you, Emma Jane for listening so well!

OUR FABULOUS WEEKEND OF FUN!

What a weekend we had and it is only Saturday night as I type this! Emma and her cousin, Taylor, decided to have a sleepover at my house Friday night and scrapbook the night away! At 1AM I checked on them and they were still working! They made a pallet of blankets and pillows on the floor of the scrapbook room and actually slept in there so that they continue scrapbooking if they woke up in the middle of the night or when they got up first thing on Saturday morning. It was the cutest thing... they worked so hard and were so precise about what they were doing. They woke me up at 7AM showing me there beautiful creations. They both said they scrapbooked like their Mommy's scrapbooked!!! On Saturday night, five out of eight of my small group girls went on a date with ourselves. We went to Ruby Tuesdays and practically tortured our poor waiter! Bless his heart because he was awesome!!! After that we took five pictures in the parking lot but Momma Long Arms (AKA Jamie) kept only centering the camera to take the picture of herself and cut the rest of the short people right out of the picture! So I took over and we got a picture of us all. Then we decided that our feet would make a lovely picture as well... isn't it disgusting how some people's toes actually look like they could be fingers because they are so long!! Oh, and I know some of you will ask... the cute red pointy shoes in the picture belong to Dawn. Adorable!!! Well tomorrow is church so the weekend can only get better... because worshipping Jesus is what this family and group of friends love to do! I didn't post any pics of JT because I had the camera with me tonight but JT, Daddy, and Papa J watched a marathon of Band of Brothers. I am sure JT will be warning me to get out of the line of fire all day tomorrow! Just great!!!!

Emma and her cousin Taylor scrapbooking until 1 AM!
They worked so hard and the scrapbooks turned out beautifully!

Is this pretty or totally gross?! You tell me!

This Busy Weekend!

What a busy weekend we had! I took the kids to church and actually was quite the sinner right after the worship portion at the beginning. Yes, bad I know! Jt was a bit restless and since he doesn't like going to the daycare I took him out to swing on the swings at the playground whiule Emma was in her Sunday School class. Although it was a sinly thing to do I must admit that the quality time I got with JT was priceless! And as you can see by the pictures, he obviously thought the same thing!! Emma had a princess birthday party this weekend for her friend, Cami. It was the cutest thing ever! They played the pea and the princess and decorated their own crowns and wands. My friend, Mylenda is a genius because I would have never thought of these games!!!
